Road Grading in and around Haner Park .
As a Forest Community we have been forced into maintaining our access roads to our community. The Forest Service down graded the roads around us so they would be graded on an as needed basis, not on the two times a year basis. To access our cabins, we had to take over grading the roads. To do this we had to obtain a road grading permit from the Forest Service, and hire a road grading company. This project takes continued coordination with the forest service and the road grading company.
Road Grading Dates:
Spring of 2024 - Mid April (soon)
Snow Plowing in the Winter.
Snow plowing of all the access roads in the winter is necessary for access to our cabins. This is also manage in coordination with the Forest Service and a snow plowing company. This is a permit we maintain with the Forest service for this activity. Snow plowing generally happens when we receive six inches of snow in a snow event.
