Our History

Haner Park Board and Board Members

The Haner Park Board is made up of five members, responsible for managing our community in the Deschutes National Forest. The Board is governed by the Bylaws and Covenants, Codes and Restrictions (CCR’s) that were created in 2006 by members of the Haner Park community.

Rules Governing Our Community

Here, under the “learn more” tab, our members have easy access to our Bylaws and our CC&R’s. It is important that all members review these regulations from time to time, and pay special attention to the ARC requirements before moving forward with any construction within Haner Park.

Architectural Committee & Architectural Review Forms

In order to maintain the appearance and residential character of Haner Park, the Board of Directors has established an Architectural Review Committee, as specified in the CCR’s. Haner Park residents are reminded that *ALL* new construction, exterior remodeling of existing buildings, installation of fencing and removal of large trees (exceeding 20 inches in diameter at chest height) require approval from the Architectural Control Committee BEFORE commencing any work.  Additional information, ARC Guidelines, and the necessary Architectural Modification Request Form can be found at the attached link.  Contact members of the ARC (Pete Saunders (petesaunders1949@gmail.com); Linda Slate (otis_mavis@yahoo.com); or Linda Connors (lrcxoxo@gmail.com) if you require further information.
